I am living in the usa due to my fathers investment status. I am underage. I entered the usa with a tourist visa and it expired..i am legal though..my fathers lawyers told him that it was best for me to stay here and not go back to colombia because they could deny my visa request. I really want to go back to colombia because i miss my other family members that come constantly to the usa and also my friends. I dont know if i should go back to live to colombia..but run the risk to have my visa denied. Could i run that risk even though I am legal and my father pays taxes in the usa. I havent spent even one day illegal here I got my fathers investment status immediatelly when my visa expired.
