I'm sick and 6 weeks pregnant! Help!?

I caught a cold from my 1 year old and all day today I felt like crap. My really congested, runny nose, achey, etc. What can I take to ease my symptoms other than tylonal? Can I use vicks vapor rub? I'm taking meds right now for a UTI, I don't know if that matters or not. Help! I can't sleep!
