Would it be possible to take two people's DNA and mix it, similar to meiosis(?) and use it like cloning.?

I'm only using GCSE level knowledge here, but would it be possible to manually mimic meiosis and all that joining of cells stuff from two separate people's DNA and then plant it in an egg like in cloning and make a child of those two people?
