Consiment Laptop Ripoff?

I gave My laptop to A consiment shop tro sell.They sold it @ weeks ago.The person that bought it paid with A credit card .It The consinment shop keeps telling me that the money has not been transfered To there bank yet.I have become suspicious of these .peolple.It is going on 2 weeks now.Something doesnt seem right.All I have is the original reciect.I have talked to other companys and they all tell me that it shoulds not be more then 48 to 36 hours before money is transfered to there bank.I have this feeling trhat they just took the money and am leaving me high and dry.I am not working and was depending on this money to help me get thru thesee hard times.Is there anything mI can do.This shpo is called-Jax Neighborhood @ 2909 !6th street, No. St.Pete.FL 44704 The amount was $250.
