Should I give my mom my birthday money to pay the cable bill?

My mom hasnt payed the cable bill.its 136$ and if she dont pay it they will dissconect us which we will have to pay 400$ to get it back on which will take a month.but idk if I should give her the my money..?she saids she will pay me back..but she dosnt rlly.she will probly yell at me if I ask her to pay me back..but I need cable at the same time?
