What caused your manic disorder?

They say its hereditary, they say you get it after something traumatizing........what caused yours? I am having a hella of a time discovering WTF I have.........I get MOODY a bit before my period........I FEEL LIKE I'M GOING INSANE........I START CRYING LIKE A ***** AND I CAN'T STOP........PLP AT WORK SAW ME TODAY. IT WAS EMBARRING........help me please understand what is happening to me. I feel posessed.
