i would like to lose a few pounds, i am not over weight and it my weight is no medical concern. i just think a few pounds would make a difference. I do have a healthy lifestyle, i go kickboxing twice a week and always work up a sweat my fitness has improved and my diet is healthy i struggle with sugar i do have a sweat tooth but don't we all lol :) i do seem to have a commitment problem when it comes to using the gym and other exercises i hate swimming but would love to have something else to stick to suggestions?
