Should I have danced with the boss' wife?

Sounds harmless enough to me, he's perhaps upset that he can't dance as good as you. I wouldn't worry, next time take her back to her hubby earlier. Maybe every other dance would be better than a block of four, who knows, but you are not to blame you only complied with his wife's wishes, how were you to know he might get upset?
