Tough Decision for a fun game with no wait time?

My parents said i can get one game but my brother is going to Kuwait so it can't be modern warfare ish and i don't want to wait for a new game to come out if i can. So here are what i want to get: (if you think a game is better let me know.) Burnout Paradise, Command and Conquer 3 Kanes Wrath, Turok, Fable, Bully SE Edition, The Simpsons Game, Two Worlds, The Outfit. Please let me know of your choice or if i should get anything else. (I have kane and lynch dead men, COD 4, R6V2, Halo 3, skate, asins creed, oblivion with expansions,etc.)
