What cities/states will be under water if the Gulf Oil spill/New Madrid Fault theory comes true? r if?

the internet is recently alive with predictions that the oil spill in the Gulf will culminate into a huge earthquake and hook into the New Madrid Fault in Missouri creating a flood situation that will dramatically change the United States map. This is actually also a prediction from Edgar Cayce made back in the 1940"s. What area will the flood cover?
