What do you think of Yaretzi as a girl name?

We are expecting our second child (possibly a girl) and my wife likes "Yaretzi". It's an Aztec name that means "you will always be loved". The reason she likes it is because it is similar to our first girl's name Natalie "Itzel" which in mayan language means "evening star". Do you think Yaretzi is an ugly name for a baby that will grow up in the United States?
