What type of psychological problem is it when a person pretends to be popular but really isn't?

This person is a very shy person with a superiority complex. No one likes her but she chooses to ignore it, or she has no idea. She sits down at our table and no one talks to her, mainly because she doesn't talk back. When everyone leaves the table she grabs her stuff and moves to another table with people that don't talk to her either. She acts and dresses like she's the most popular girl, but we aren't sure if she is conscious that she's not, or that she's just pretending. What is her problem? P.S: Not trying to be mean, this is mere curiousity.
